Yes. Andrade Law offers free consultations for personal injury–related matters. This initial meeting allows us to evaluate your case and explain your legal options at no cost to you.

What is the contingency fee percentage? +

Our contingency fee ranges from 33–40%, depending on the complexity of the case and the stage at which it resolves. You pay nothing upfront and owe no fees unless we recover compensation for you.

Is there a fee for non–injury consultations? +

Fees may apply for consultations on matters outside of personal injury. Any applicable fees will be discussed with you in advance before your consultation.

What payment methods does Andrade Law accept? +

Andrade Law accepts Zelle, ACH transfers, debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, cash, and checks.

Is Andrade Law open on holidays? +

Andrade Law is closed on Christmas Day only. We remain open on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and other major holidays. We recommend confirming availability in advance for holiday visits.

Do I need an appointment to visit Andrade Law? +

Appointments are recommended. We ask that you schedule in advance and confirm your visit ahead of time. Walk-ins are accommodated when availability allows, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability without a scheduled appointment.
