Saint Paul, Minnesota Four Twin Cities offices

Careers at Andrade Law

Andrade Law is a small personal injury firm with more work than one attorney should carry alone. Two positions are open. This page explains what the work is, what I'm looking for, and how to apply.

Working Here

What a Small Injury Firm Asks of You

I'm Gabe Andrade. I built this firm deliberately small: one attorney who knows every file, and a disciplined investigation workflow on every serious case. That means each person on staff matters more than at a larger firm. You'll see the whole case, not one slice of it. Read how the firm is organized around one attorney before you apply.

The firm has grown to four offices. The main office is at 1327 County Rd D Cir in Saint Paul, with additional offices in Maplewood, Little Canada, and Minneapolis. Both positions are based in Saint Paul and spend time at the four office locations as the work requires.

Our clients are usually in the worst weeks of their lives. They've been hurt, they're dealing with insurers, and they're worried about money. Many prefer Spanish, and the firm coordinates interpreter assistance for client communications for other languages. Patience and plain language aren't soft skills here. They're the job.

One thing is non-negotiable. Everything a client tells us, and everything in their file, is confidential. Nonlawyer staff are bound by the same confidentiality obligations the rules of professional conduct place on the firm itself. That's heavy. It's also why clients trust us.

Open Positions

Two Roles, Both Hands-On

Neither is a seat where you wait for instructions. Both work directly with me from the first week.

Personal Injury Paralegal

You run the file. From the first intake call through the demand package, you keep the record complete and the deadlines calendared, so that when I negotiate, nothing is missing.

What You'd Do

  • Client intake and file setup
  • Medical records and bill requests, then organizing what comes back
  • Evidence-preservation correspondence: telematics, camera footage, police reports
  • Tracking no-fault and PIP claims and their deadlines
  • Drafting demand packages under attorney direction
  • Calendaring statutes of limitations and court deadlines
  • Lien tracking through resolution
  • Client updates by phone and email in English; Spanish is a plus

What I Look For

  • Personal injury or litigation paralegal experience
  • Comfort reading medical records
  • Exacting attention to dates and details
  • Plain-language communication with people under stress
  • Discretion
  • Familiarity with Minnesota district-court e-filing is a plus
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Location

Marketing & Office Coordinator

You keep four offices running and keep the firm's public face accurate. Half the job is operations. The other half is making sure what the public sees about Andrade Law is true, current, and approved.

What You'd Do

  • Keep the offices running: supplies, vendors, mail, phone routing, and scheduling
  • First-contact reception for walk-ins and calls
  • Maintain the firm's Google Business Profiles and review responses within the firm's approval process
  • Coordinate photo and video days at the offices and at community events
  • Publish approved website and social updates
  • Track where new clients come from and report it monthly
  • Keep the firm's public listings accurate

What I Look For

  • An organized self-starter
  • Comfortable in a professional office
  • Writing that is clear and accurate
  • Basic familiarity with Google Business Profile and website content systems
  • An understanding that attorney advertising has rules, and nothing goes out without approval
  • Bilingual is a plus

Both roles sit inside the evidence workflow the firm runs on every serious file. The paralegal executes it. The coordinator keeps the offices and public listings around it accurate.

How to Apply

Email, Not the Phone

Send your application to info@andradelawmn.com. Put the role name in the subject line. Attach a résumé and include a short note on why this work, in your own words. A paragraph is enough.

Please don't apply by phone. The phone lines stay open for injured clients, and the person answering can't take applications.

Here's what happens next. I read every application myself. If it's a fit, we'll set up a short call, then an in-office interview in Saint Paul. References come at the end. I won't promise a response date, because casework comes first, but I will read what you send.

Equal Opportunity

Who Can Apply

Andrade Law is an equal opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are based on qualifications and the requirements of the job, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

If you're here because you were hurt and need help with a claim rather than a job, the contact page is the right place, and the consultation is free.

Ready to Apply

Email a résumé and a short note with the role name in the subject line. I read every one.
