Service Area and Methodology
I’m Gabe Andrade, and this page explains exactly how Andrade Law defines the area we serve — and how I’d want it explained if I were the one reading it. There’s no mystery to it. Our service area is the set of cities we actually work in, anchored to a real office, a real courthouse, and a set of landmarks you’d recognize, each with published coordinates.

Methodology
How we define our service area
Our service area is defined by two honest things: the municipalities we actually serve, and the geographic anchors that ground them. We serve Ramsey County and the named East Metro cities listed below. Ramsey County District Court in downtown Saint Paul is the home venue for the firm — the legal heart of the area we work in.
The firm operates from two physical anchors. The Saint Paul office at 1327 County Rd D Cir sits in the open geometric reference cell 52b2c, and the downtown core — the stretch that holds the Ramsey County courthouse and Regions Hospital — falls in cell 87f7c. A branch office on County Rd D E in Maplewood shares that same office anchor, a little over a mile east along the same road.
A note on those cell labels. They come from S2, an open geometric indexing system that divides the map into named cells. We use them only as plain geographic reference labels — a consistent way to point at “the office” or “the core” on a shared grid. They are not official designations and not jurisdictional boundaries. The service area itself is the list of cities above, published with the real municipal and county boundaries you can download.
