Open Datasets
The firm compiles public safety data for Saint Paul and publishes it openly: crash patterns, road decay, nursing-home inspections, and school-zone risk. The point is not to sell anything. It is to put the numbers where the people affected by them can see them.

Where the Numbers Come From
Every dataset has a methodology page that explains the sources, the cleaning, and the update schedule, and I would rather you read how each dataset is built and verified than trust a map on sight. The firm also publishes its service-area spatial index, the geocoded points and boundaries behind these maps, in the Andrade Law collection on Harvard Dataverse under a permanent DOI, so that part stays citable if this site changes.
